Aproximación al entorno laboral a través de la implantación de la metodología ágil para la gestión de equipos eficaces en un contexto universitario

Resumen

Objetivo: El objetivo principal es combinar dos metodologías, el estudio de casos y las metodologías ágiles, para ver cómo influye en la gestión de equipos adquiriendo conocimientos sobre resolución de conflictos para conseguir un mayor grado de empleabilidad y acercamiento al entorno laboral. Metodología: En 2021-2022 y 2022-2023, la metodología ágil se introdujo por primera vez en la asignatura "Gestión y Desarrollo del Talento" de la Universidad de Alcalá para la resolución de casos de negocio centrados en problemas cotidianos que surgen en los departamentos de las empresas para una muestra de un total de 52 jóvenes profesionales. Se elaboró un cuestionario compuesto por 16 variables para identificar. Se utilizó Smart PLS 4.0 para analizar los resultados de la muestra. Resultados: Como resultados, se evaluaron los factores de impacto y no impacto sobre la variable dependiente "visión más cercana al mundo laboral", a través de dos variables mediadoras, "utilidad para comprender mejor el temario" y "consecución de objetivos". Además, se identificó que los participantes se mostraron receptivos a la nueva metodología. Implicaciones prácticas: Se ofrece la metodología ágil como medio para desarrollar competencias clave y acercar el mundo empresarial al aula universitaria. Este estudio ayuda a los profesores a evaluar las competencias transversales. Originalidad: Se trata de una nueva herramienta implantada entre estudiantes de grado. Además, es un concepto nuevo que se utiliza ampliamente en entornos empresariales y que es útil para que los estudiantes lo conozcan y comiencen a interiorizarlo en su forma de trabajo y formación de equipos.
