Résumé
Currently, we seem to be in dark about the mechanisms involving oncogenesis of breast cancer; and therefore the oncolytic therapy. Throughout our review we looked into several oncogenic virus. HPV showed relevant oncogenic potential, especially serotypes 16,18 and 33 that are involved in previously reported cervix tumors, also EBV by the induction of the expression of APOEBC family proteins as possible triggers of breast cancer. Besides, CMV holds a close relationship with IBC. Furthermore, oncolytic virotherapy is a new strategy that promises future breast can- cer management.Recent advances include engineered tumor selectivity, reduce toxicities on healthy tissue and apparently demonstrate significant efficacy against metastatic breast cancer.
