Resumen

Meningococcal B vaccine and Rotavirus vaccine have been recently introduced in our country. This study shows the risk and benefits of both vaccines as well as the introduction´s cost in the spanish vaccination programme and the economical savings in the treatment of the diseases that are caused by the microorganisms. The principal objective is give a recommendation about including the vaccines in the National Security System. In both cases we have analized the risks and the benefits of the vaccines by using differents articles and studies published in the last few years. The economical information is from countries that have introduced the vaccines and have a similar situation to our country, in both cases we have concluded that the benefits of having that vaccines financed by the NSS will be greater than the posible risks and presumed costs.
