Doctor by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with the thesis Atlas y topología del error como un sistema productivo en la arquitectura 2014. Supervised by Dr. Federico Soriano.
Researcher and lecturer based in Madrid. He focuses his research on the relationship between architecture and animals. He holds a doctorate in architecture from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid and is interested in architectural ethnography as a working method, as well as in the processes of citizen participation in science. He has directed the research project "Architecture and urban fauna. Integration, conservation and promotion of animal biodiversity in historical monumental spaces" https://avecinasdealcala.web.uah.es/ He has co-directed the citizen innovation project "Relatos en la Espera" in the framework of the European project Doing It Together Science. He is founder and co-director of the indexed journal HipoTesis Serie Numerada and the experimental journal HipoTesis Serie Alfabética (since 2009). Since 2015 he co-directs the architecture studio Kune Office, from where he practices around co-production. He has been awarded the FAD Prize for Thought and Criticism 2016 and the SEK Prize for Educational Innovation 2018.
