Abstract

The aim of this study is to establish what dimensions make up the satisfaction of internal clients and external clients of collective fitness and wellness classes in public sports centers of the Madrid City Council. For this study 90 teachers and 759 users participated. The instruments used are based on Melia and Peiró’s S20/23 and Cronin and Taylor’s SERVPERF. The results show that both internal customer satisfaction and external customer satisfaction are made up of five dimensions.
