Abstract

The technological development, together with the socioeconomic and health changes caused by the pandemic, have modified the course of education. The teaching profession requires a review that allows improving the initial and long life training of teachers, their promotion and developing their professional career. There is an urgent need to address these issues, in order to attract and retain teaching talent.
