Emilio Ontiveros de la Fuente is an architect and holds a master's degree in collective housing from ETSAM (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid), as well as a master's degree in landscape architecture from ETH Zurich. He is a professor of urban design, planning and housing at the universities of Alcalá and Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, and has taught urban design, planning, housing and/or architectural design at various Spanish and foreign institutions, including the European University of Madrid, the Camilo José Cela University and the Boston Architectural College, during a stay as a visiting fellow at Harvard University. He has worked for herself and others in various architecture, landscape and urban planning firms, and currently combines university teaching with the completion of his PhD thesis and the execution of a project of 85 social housing units in Madrid.
