Abstract
In this communication we will introduce the reflections and experiences of agroup of lecturers of the Universidad de Alcalá within the context of the master's degree Máster en Docencia Universitaria, corresponding to the teachers'training Program of the Universidad de Alcalá. We have adapted themethodology known as the triads to our particular case: a group of fivelecturers, belonging to different knowledge areas. The objective of the originalmethodology focuses on the analysis of the problems and difficulties found inthe task of teaching through the use of reflective dialogue, as well as theimplementation of innovative practices in class. The adaptation proposed hereshows some interesting potentialities in this formative strategy, which providethe changes that the Spanish university education needs to integrate and keep upwith the European Higher Education Area.
